Facilities Management/Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

Star Group International delivers to our clients a well-designed and proven management strategy and structure for supporting the ongoing progress and success of multiple projects in operations and maintenance. The scope of O&M includes the activities required to keep a particular property and their supporting infrastructure, including HVAC, utility systems, parking lots, roads, drainage structures and grounds in a condition to be used to meet their intended function during their life cycle. These activities include both planned preventive and predictive maintenance and corrective (repair) maintenance. Preventive Maintenance (PM) consists of a series of time-based maintenance requirements that provide a basis for planning, scheduling, and executing scheduled (planned versus corrective) maintenance

Star Group International provides complete building services which includes a multitude of services pertaining to the optimal operation and efficiency of a building. This includes heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) as well as operation and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, life safety systems among many other services.

Quality Control/Sustainability

One of the most important aspects of Facilities Management is quality control and sustainability. Star Groups goal is to manage client properties at peak efficiency. Sustainability is also an important aspect of the O&M process. A well run O&M program should conserve energy and water and be resource efficient, while meeting the comfort, health, and safety requirements of the building occupants.

Landscaping/Snow Removal

Star Group International offers snow removal and landscaping services to a multitude of commercial clients ranging from small parking lots to commercial campuses which exceed 300acres.
